This comprehensive program trains and reminds all employees that their safety is Branham's first concern. Each year our Safety Committee develops a comprehensive 12-month curriculum. This curriculum is communicated to all employees via bi-weekly job-site toolbox talks; during formalized education at monthly company-wide meetings; and through random job-site safety inspections. The results of this program speaks for itself:
- The majority of our employees are OSHA 10, CPR, and First Aid certified.
- Branham has never had a work stoppage on any job site.
- Zero OSHA 300 incidents logged from 2002 through 2005
- Lower cost due to a work-comp experience MOD of 00.75
- Recipient of The National Association of Independent Electrical Contractor's SPARKS AWARD for safety. Branham has received this award on an annual basis since 2001.
